Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No. Atelier Mir currently accepts prepaid orders only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the secure payment methods displayed at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
If your order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and you may need to follow our return process.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Atelier Mir currently ships within India.
How long will my order take?
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery within India generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier conditions.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
Can I return my bag?
Yes. Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, provided the bag meets the conditions described in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Can I exchange my bag?
Please contact us before returning your order. We will advise you on the available options.
What if my bag arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will review the situation and help resolve it.

The material used varies by Atelier Mir design. Please refer to the individual product page for the specific material and construction of each bag.
Will the leather change over time?
Yes.
Natural leather can develop changes in colour, texture and softness through use. These changes are part of the character of the material.
Why does my bag have slight variations?
Natural leather can vary slightly in grain, texture and colour.
These differences are natural characteristics rather than manufacturing defects.

What comes with my bag?
Your Atelier Mir bag is presented in our signature packaging and comes with an Atelier Mir dust bag.
